Description

Simple and delicious baked chicken legs with crispy skin and tender meat.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Pat chicken legs dry and place in a ziplock bag.
  3. Add olive oil and spices to the bag. Seal and shake to coat.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Place chicken legs on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, place chicken on a wire rack set over the baking sheet.
