Simple and delicious baked chicken legs with crispy skin and tender meat.

- 6 chicken legs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1.5 tsp kosher salt
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Pat chicken legs dry and place in a ziplock bag.
- Add olive oil and spices to the bag. Seal and shake to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place chicken legs on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- For extra crispiness, place chicken on a wire rack set over the baking sheet.
