- 1/2 pear, grated
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice wine, and grated pear.
- Add the beef slices, onion, green onions, and carrot to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat.
- Cook the marinated beef in batches until well-browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
