- 1 large onion (cut into quarters)

- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Hens: Pat the hens dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper both inside and out.
- Stuff and Season: Stuff each hen with garlic, rosemary, thyme, and lemon slices.
- Roast: Place the hens in a roasting pan. Add the onion quarters and remaining garlic around the hens. Drizzle with olive oil.
