- 1/2 cup water
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Vanilla Ice Cream:
- Mix Ingredients: Whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour into Ninja Creami pint container and freeze until solid, at least 24 hours.
- Process in Ninja Creami: Select the ‘Ice Cream’ function and start the machine.
- Serve: Enjoy as is or with your favorite toppings.
- Fruit Sorbet:
- Prepare Fruit Mixture: Blend frozen fruit, sugar (or honey), water, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Freeze: Transfer to Ninja Creami pint container and freeze until solid, at least 24 hours.
- Process in Ninja Creami: Use the ‘Sorbet’ function to process the frozen mixture.
- Serve: Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
- Ensure ingredients are cold before processing to improve texture.
