- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef and onion. Cook, stirring to crumble, until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
- Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and water. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve
