- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Marinate Beef: In a bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Stir-Fry Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Combine: Return beef to the skillet, add water, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
