Instructions

  • Stir-Fry Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
