Instructions

  1. Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine olive oil, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, Creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high heat (375-450°F).
  3. Grill the Shrimp: Skewer the shrimp and place them on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, basting with BBQ sauce until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. New Orleans-Style: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Creole seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Serve with French bread.
